Eligibility for Refunds

  • Subscription cancellations: If you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical issues: If you experience severe technical issues that prevent you from using our services and our support team cannot resolve them within a reasonable time.
  • Double charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service.
  • Service availability: If our service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 hours) during your subscription.

Refund Process

  2. Include the reason for your refund request and any relevant information (such as error messages or support ticket numbers).
  3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and may contact you for additional information if needed.
  4. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Timeframes

  • Monthly subscriptions: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase for new subscribers or within 14 days of the latest billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase for new subscribers.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days (monthly) or 30 days (annual)
  • Special promotional offers or discounted services marked as "non-refundable"
  • Subscriptions canceled after the refund eligibility period

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for:

  • Annual subscriptions that are canceled after the 30-day full refund period (prorated for unused time)
  • Services with partial delivery or partial technical issues
  • Special circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis
