Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Subscription cancellations: If you cancel your subscription within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Technical issues: If you experience severe technical issues that prevent you from using our services and our support team cannot resolve them within a reasonable time.
- Double charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service.
- Service availability: If our service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 hours) during your subscription.
Refund Process
- Submit your refund request to [email protected] with your account email and order details.
- Include the reason for your refund request and any relevant information (such as error messages or support ticket numbers).
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and may contact you for additional information if needed.
- If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Timeframes
- Monthly subscriptions: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase for new subscribers or within 14 days of the latest billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase for new subscribers.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 14 days (monthly) or 30 days (annual)
- Special promotional offers or discounted services marked as "non-refundable"
- Subscriptions canceled after the refund eligibility period
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for:
- Annual subscriptions that are canceled after the 30-day full refund period (prorated for unused time)
- Services with partial delivery or partial technical issues
- Special circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis
